One order, and everything anyone will ask about it
This is the order detail view. Accounts, the floor and the buyer are all looking at the same record — the difference is only what each of them is allowed to change.

- A
- One order number follows the job from enquiry to payment. The challan, the invoice and the e-way bill all carry it, so a buyer query resolves in one search.
- B
- Status is set by the floor, not by the office. When the supervisor closes a stage on their phone, this changes — nobody rings anybody.
- C
- Tax is computed from the HSN on each line and split into CGST and SGST, or IGST for an inter-state buyer. Nothing is retyped into the portal.
- D
- The dispatch message to the buyer goes out on WhatsApp automatically, in the language they were quoted in.
